The manufacturers we carry

We carry products from about fifty manufacturers, but six of them account for most of what leaves our warehouse. Here is what we carry from each and where it fits.

Every one of them is sold, installed and serviced by us, so the manufacturer's name on the machine does not change who you call.

FP Mailing Solutions

Our postage-meter line and the one we have been an authorized dealer for since 1988. From FP we carry the whole PostBase family of IMI-compliant meters, from the PostBase Mini to the PostBase Pro DS, along with FP postal scales, the FPi 2300 to 8140 folder inserters, FP Parcel Shipping software, FP Smart Lockers with TRAXsuite parcel tracking, and the ink, labels and sealing solution that go with all of it.

Formax

The broadest line in our catalogue after FP. From Formax we carry the FD 322, FD 324, FD 346, FD 382 and FD 38X paper folders, the 7700 Series high-volume inserters, AutoSeal pressure sealers such as the FD 2056, the Cut-True 29A and 29H guillotine cutters, the FlashCard and FlashCard XL business-card cutters, the atlas-TRIO slitter, cutter and creaser, and the FD 430 envelope sealer.

Martin Yale

Paper folders for offices, associations and small print shops. From Martin Yale we carry the 2051 Smartfold, which handles even complicated fold types with little setup, and the 1611 automatic folder for larger mailrooms.

Paitec

Pressure sealers for one-piece mailers: checks, statements, notices and grade reports that fold and seal without an envelope. We offer Paitec alongside Formax so the sealer matches your volume.

Kyocera

Multifunction printers and copiers for the whole office, including the Evolution Series. We are a Kyocera business partner, and there is never a click charge with Automated Mailroom.

Financing partners

Equipment leasing and financing through GreatAmerica Financial Services and Wells Fargo, and FP's EZ Lease program for PostBase meters.
