Enter a package or import an order, and it lists what each carrier and service would charge to get it there on time, with the discounted rate already applied. Print the label, and the shipment goes into a dashboard with live tracking that keeps your customer informed without anyone looking anything up.

For stores, it connects to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Square, BigCommerce, Walmart, Etsy, Magento and others, importing orders as they come in. For warehouses and 3PLs it supports multiple ship-from locations, batch processing of hundreds of labels at once, shipping rules that choose the carrier automatically, and a REST API for ERP, WMS and fulfillment integrations. Setting up

Cloud9 Express supports the common shipping scales and thermal and laser label printers; a single driver download from us connects them. Addresses import in bulk and are verified before a label prints. There is no software to install and the dashboard is plain enough that people at any skill level manage orders, print labels and track shipments without training, from one location or many.

Do I have to ship on Cloud9's carrier accounts?

No. You can ship at the discounted rates the platform carries, or connect your own UPS, FedEx or DHL account and use your contract pricing. You can do both and let the rate shop pick.

Does it work with my online store?

If the store runs on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Square, BigCommerce, Walmart, Etsy, Magento, Zentail, Bonanza or Stripe, orders import directly. Anything else can come in through the REST API or an address file import.

Can it quote pallets and freight?

Yes. Cloud9 Express supports LTL and full truckload shipping with providers including XPO Logistics, SAIA, Southeastern Freight Lines, YRC Freight and TForce Freight, from the same dashboard as parcels.
