Postage meters
FP PostBase postage meters, from a desk drawer to a mailroom
A postage meter prints exact postage on every piece and buys it at the metered rate, which USPS sets below the stamped rate. It also keeps the account records your bookkeeper asks for. The right one depends on how many pieces you send in a month and whether they are all the same size.
We are an authorized FP Mailing Solutions dealer with more FP meters under contract than any other dealer in Florida. Every model below is USPS IMI-compliant, installs with our technician on site, and comes with our supplies and service behind it.

View →How to pick
- Under a few hundred pieces a month, mostly letters: PostBase Mini or PostBase i3.
- Mixed mail fed one at a time, a few thousand a month: PostBase One or a PostBase Fusion semi-automatic model.
- Stacks of mixed mail that should feed themselves, weighed as they go: PostBase Fusion A120 or PostBase Pro DS with dynamic weighing.
- Not sure: call us. Volume is the only number we need to narrow it to one or two.
Connected to MyFP
Every PostBase meter connects to FP's MyFP portal for online postage refills, cost-account management across one or many meters, support requests and access to FP's digital products. Vision360 reporting on the Fusion series adds analytics on postage spend by account, class and date range, exportable to PDF, Excel or CSV.

Questions we get asked
Is a postage meter cheaper than stamps?
Per letter, yes: USPS prices metered First-Class letters below stamped ones, and the meter prints exact postage so you never round up. Whether it pays for itself depends on your volume, which is what the calculator on our home page is for.
Do I buy or lease?
USPS rules mean the meter itself is always leased or rented from an authorized provider; the base, scale and accessories can be bought. We quote both ways and explain the difference.
What happens when the postage runs out?
You refill online through MyFP in about a minute, from the meter or a browser, at any hour. No trips, no forms.
