It is a USPS IMI-compliant meter, and it is built for confidentiality: a sensor validates every envelope that passes through, and the pressure sealer closes each flap tightly. A built-in label dispenser handles thick mail and packages, with an external scale up to 15 lb for weighing them.
The design is modular, so the system adapts as your mail changes, and it takes the largest pieces that come your way. Cost accounting covers up to 500 departments, and MailOne 2.0 adds reporting on postage spend.
