Forms and downloads
The paperwork and installers that go with an FP meter, in one place. The forms are PDFs: print, sign and send them back to us. The downloads are FP's installers for the PostBase desktop programs.
If you are not sure which form applies to you, ask. We will tell you which one we need and when.
The forms
Three forms cover nearly everything we are asked for: the USPS certification form, the advance postage form, and our W-9. A fourth document, the customer network requirements, is for your IT people: it lists what an IMI meter needs from your network to connect to FP and USPS.
About the W-9
Postage is not an eligible W-9 expense. Postage funds are paid to the United States Postal Service through FP as an intermediary, so a W-9 does not apply to them.
Payments made directly to FP are different. FP customers may use IRS Form W-9 as documentation to support refunds on payments made directly to FP, which includes equipment rental and supplies.
MailONE, RemoteONE and ReportONE
MailONE is FP's optional desktop program for PostBase: unlimited account chargeback, transaction reporting and exporting, and support for commercial based pricing. RemoteONE comes standard with a PostBase and lets you control the meter's functions from a PC; ReportONE is the optional upgrade that adds printed and exported account reports.
Install in order: the Microsoft .NET prerequisite, then the base or driver setup for your version of Windows (32-bit or 64-bit), then the program itself. The RemoteONE and ReportONE user manual is in the list below.
