MailONE for PostBase

MailONE is a fully integrated mailing, shipping and mail-accounting program that simplifies how you mail, manage and report on postal usage and spending. It interfaces directly with the PostBase for interchangeable control and operation, and it processes, records and saves every expenditure detail in real time.

Use unlimited cost accounts to set budgets and add surcharges for chargeback and cost allocation, then build detailed reports for quick analysis. The Certified Mail Manager gives a dashboard view of every accountable piece and keeps the electronic return receipts. For packages, MailONE rate-shops USPS services at Commercial Base Pricing and prints a 4 by 6 inch label with the postage, the IMpb tracking barcode and both addresses on it.

RemoteONE ships with every PostBase mailing system. It lets a user control all of the meter's functions from a PC and captures and displays account chargeback and transaction data for the accounts registered in the meter's postal security device (PSD). It does not print chargeback reports; that is what ReportONE and MailONE add.

ReportONE is the optional upgrade to RemoteONE. It captures, displays and reports account chargeback and transaction data, and adds detailed transaction reporting and exporting. Like RemoteONE it is limited to the accounts registered in the PostBase PSD, so if you need more accounts than the meter holds, MailONE is the better fit.
