Automated Mailroom sells, installs and services postage meters, folder inserters, address printers and the rest of what a mailroom needs. We have done it from Tampa since 1988, for more than 4,800 companies across the Tampa Bay, Orlando and Ft. Myers/Naples markets.
Those companies chose us to supply their mailroom, addressing and paper-handling equipment, and most of them stayed. The reason is simple: a technician who answers, a machine that fits the job, and a price that is competitive.
One dealer, about fifty manufacturers
We take a supermarket approach. Rather than sell one brand of everything, we carry products from about fifty manufacturers and match the machine to the work. For postage meters that is FP Mailing Solutions. For folders, inserters, cutters and pressure sealers it is FP, Formax, Martin Yale and Paitec. For label and color printing it is Formax, and for office copiers, Kyocera.
Everything we offer is backed by an available service agreement, headed up by knowledgeable and dependable service technicians. When something stops, you call us, not a manufacturer's queue.

Automated Mailroom is an authorized FP Mailing Solutions dealer and ranks as the #1 FP dealer in Florida, with more FP meters under contract than any other dealer in the state. FP has named it to its Champions Club every year from 2010 through 2024, typically in the top ten of roughly 175 dealers nationwide.
Lease or finance
Most of what we sell is leased rather than bought outright, and we quote it both ways. We work with GreatAmerica Financial Services and Wells Fargo, alongside FP's own EZ Lease program for PostBase meters. Ask for a lease figure next to the purchase price and compare them on your own terms.
Memberships and associations
Automated Mailroom is a member of the Tampa Bay Suncoast Postal Customer Council, the Business Technology Association, and the Clearwater Regional, St. Petersburg Area, Manatee and Greater Sarasota chambers of commerce. It is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business and an FP Preferred Dealer.

Throughout Florida, from our office in Tampa, including the Tampa Bay, Orlando and Ft. Myers/Naples markets.
Do you only sell FP equipment?
No. FP Mailing Solutions is our postage-meter line and the one we are best known for, but we carry products from about fifty manufacturers, including Formax, Martin Yale, Paitec and Kyocera, so the machine fits the job rather than the other way round.
Who services the equipment after the sale?
We do. Everything we sell is backed by an available service agreement with our own knowledgeable, dependable service technicians.
