The help assistant, maps and videos

The "Need help?" button opens an assistant that answers questions about what we sell. What you type into it, together with the earlier messages in the same conversation, is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which writes the answer. Please do not type personal, patient or financial information into it.

Our contact page shows a map from Google Maps. When your browser loads the map, it connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy applies to that.

Videos from YouTube do not load until you press play. When you do, the player loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com), which receives your IP address and may store information on your device. Google's privacy policy applies to that.

Security

Personal information you provide online is protected using industry standard encryption software (SSL). While on a secure page, such as our order form, you will know that SSL is in use when the lock icon displayed in your web browser becomes locked.
