It is fast, it is free, and it does not commit you to anything.
You do not need to gather much. The carriers already have the report; the two short guides below show how to export a shipment report from your UPS or FedEx account. A month of invoices works just as well.

What to send
- A recent month of shipments: a UPS or FedEx shipment report exported from your carrier account (guides below), or a month of carrier invoices.
- Which carriers and services you use, and whether you have a contract with any of them.
- Anything unusual about what you ship: oversized boxes, residential deliveries, time-critical items.
What you get back
A report with one line per shipment: carrier and service used, what you paid, what the same package would have cost at our discounted rates, and the difference, with totals. A sample from a local Florida company is linked below so you can see the format before you send anything.
If the numbers are worth acting on, we show you which shipping platform fits. If they are not, you keep the report.
