Folding & inserting

Tabbers, labelers and stamp affixers

Folded self-mailers are closed with a tab, some mailings need a label, and some need a real postage stamp. These three machines do those jobs at tabletop scale, on their own or in line with a feeder, inkjet or inserter.

We are an authorized dealer for Postmatic and carry Accufast tabbers and labelers. Ask for a demonstration on your own piece.

Accufast KT tabber with tab roll

Accufast

Accufast KT

A crash tabber that runs 1-inch and 1.5-inch tabs at the flick of a switch.

The Accufast KT is a feature-rich basic tabber. It applies one plain circular or rectangular tab per piece, opaque or clear, in 1-inch or 1.5-inch sizes, at 15,000 pieces an hour, and rolls the waste onto a take-up spool. It tabs pieces from 5 to 12 inches wide and from 20 lb paper to 1/4 inch thick, coated or uncoated.

The KT is a crash tabber module, so it works with a feeder. Combine it with an FX feeder and a CS3 output conveyor for a simple, professional-level tabbing system, or run it in line with Accufast and other tabletop labelers, feeders and printers.
