Every Kyocera machine we place comes with local, personalized service and support, a three-year warranty on the equipment, and installation, training, software updates and troubleshooting included.

Kyocera builds its machines around long-life components, so consumables last and the total cost of ownership stays low. We do not add a click charge on top.

Awards and security testing

Kyocera was named the 2025–27 Most Reliable A3 Brand after five years of testing of its A3 range in a controlled lab, where its devices ran high volumes of impressions with low misfeed rates and no service calls, and held their quality longer than the competition. It holds the 2024–26 Most Color Consistent Brand award and has been named Best A4 Manufacturer for the seventh consecutive year.

On security, Kyocera received the Keypoint Intelligence Security Validation Testing certificate for its Evolution Series at its REIMAGINE dealer conference in San Antonio in June 2022. The examination covered automated cyberattacks and white-hat hacking, including attempted penetration of the firmware and operating system. Keypoint's president said the TASKalfa 3554ci passed with flying colors. K-Level security is Kyocera's highest firmware security level.

Do you charge per click?

No. Kyocera's long-life consumables keep the cost per page down, and we do not add a click charge on top of that.

What warranty comes with the machine?

A three-year warranty on the equipment is included, backed by our own local service.

Which series is right for us?

A small or medium office printing everyday documents: ECOSYS. The same office needing scan and copy in a compact A4 machine: MA series. A department running high volumes with finishing: TASKalfa.
