What happens next
A person, not an autoresponder, reads your message and calls you back during office hours. If a quote is straightforward we give it on that call; if it depends on a site visit or a demonstration, we schedule one. Nothing is sold by email chain.
If your machine is down, do not wait for a quote. Use the service form instead and a technician will call to schedule the visit.
